I've been drinking a lot of smoothies lately, usually one that has lots and lots of berries. Berries are soooo good and so healthy for you too! One day I decided to try blending yogurt in to a berry banana smoothie and I realized that it tasted like a really good ice cream / sorbet. I was thinking that it would be amazing if I froze it and ate for dessert. I wasn't wrong - it turned out to be so good an so refreshing! I added in some lemon juice to the mix and it made the whole thing taste even more wonderful! The taste really reminded me of a bubblegum ice Popsicle that I used to love as a kid. This version is so delicious and way more healthy too! It is so simple and easy to make as well. Check it out after the jump!
Ingredients : Plain yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen blackberries, lemon, bananas.
Put all the ingredients inside the blender.
Blend until you reach this consistency.
Pour them out into small individual cups like these.
Freeze for about three hours. After they're frozen, you can just take one out whenever you feel like having it for dessert!

Berry Banana Yogurt Sorbet
125 grams yogurt
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
Blend the bananas, yogurt, berries and the juice of half a lemon. Blend until smooth. pour it into small individual cups and freeze for about 3 to 5 ours.
