Orzo Pasta Salad
I've been obsessing over Orzo for the longest time and I finally got around to making a dish using it. Though it looks like rice, orzo is actually a kind of pasta. I love it! The dish I made above is really quite simple and tasty. It also doesn't use a lot of ingredients. The only cooking that you'll be doing is just to boil the pasta! Read on to find out how I made this!
Cook Orzo according to package instructions. After draining completely, set aside and let cool for a bit.
Ingredients: Parsley, Lemon, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes. Also included but not pictured is olive oil, salt and pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the juice of a lemon olive oil, salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients with the orzo and pour the dressing all over. Toss and incorporate them all together well. Shake some grated Parmesan cheese all over too for added flavor.
Serve and enjoy!
What do you guys think? Do you like making pasta salads?
